Tomato Filled With Cheese and Egg

Ingredients:
8 tomatoes
salt and pepper
1 cup grated swiss cheese or 1 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter
8 eggs
1 tablespoon minced parsley
Directions:
1. Cut out a circle at the stem end of tomatoes.
2. Scoop out insides carefully.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Put in 1/2 the cheese.
5. Put in a bit of butter.
6. Drop egg in each tomato.
7. Season again.
8. Sprinkle cheese and parsley.
9. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or till eggs are set.
