A great way to get more veggies in your diet.
Ingredients:
4 cups tomato juice, chilled
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
3 ice cubes
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a blender, adding one ice cube at a time.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve immediately.
