Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 cups water
18 ounces tomato paste
1/4 cup cider vinegar
5 teaspoons garlic powder
5 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 cups white rice
Directions:

Brown ground beef.

Put all ingredients (except rice) in crockpot.
3.
Meat on bottom.
4.
Cook on Low 10 to 12 hours or on High 5 to 6 hours.

About 15 minutes before finished add rice to crockpot and stir.
