Directions:

  1. Over medium heat cook garlic in oil until fragrant.
  2. Stir in broth and tomatoes; bring to a boil.
  3. Add tortellini, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in basil, salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 3 minutes longer.
