We got new books for our ladie's Bible Study and this fell out of two of the books, mine and our fearless leader's! It comes from Come to our Table Moody Broadcasing's Midday Conections Cook Book, from Nancy Lee DeMoss.
Ingredients:
1 t olive oil
1-2 med onions diced
5 cloves garlic chopped
3 14oz cans crushed tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp dried basil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried tyme
2 cubes chicken bouillon
4 cups heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onions are soft.
2. Add tomatoes, basil, oregano, tyme and bouillon cubes.
3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
4. Gradually stir in whipping cream and heat until piping hot.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
