3 c. cooked couscous
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
6 scallions, chopped
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Directions:
1. Mix in bowl. Serve chilled.
