Tomato And Ricotta Bruschetta

Crispy, tomato-y, and cheesy yumminess.
Ingredients:
french bread
tomato, diced
garlic, diced
ricotta cheese
olive oil
parsley
ground peppercorns
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
2. Slice the french bread at an angle. I make 3 or 4 slices per person.
3. Prepare the garlic and tomato.
4. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet or pizza pan and drizzle with olive oil.
5. Coat each slice with diced garlic, and then diced tomato.
6. Add a spoonful of ricotta cheese to the top of each of those delicious looking piles :)
7. Sprinkle parsley and ground peppercorns over each slice.
8. Bake on the top rack of the oven for about 10 minutes.
9. Mangia!
