Ingredients:
4 teaspoons white wine vinegar
4 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Directions:
1. Whisk vinegar, olive oil, and salt in a salad bowl. Stir in cherry tomatoes, shallot, feta cheese, and basil.
