2 head endive
1 medium tomato, raw
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. slice endive and tomato and drizzle w/ oil and vinegar and sprinkle in salt and pepper.
