Tomato and Avocado Sandwich

Very simple sandwich that has recently become my favorite
Ingredients:
1 large ripe tomato
1 ripe hass avocado
1 tablespoon mayonnaise, i prefer dukes (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/8 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
4 slices whole wheat bread, of choice
Directions:
1. Slice tomato to desired thickness. Either slice or mash avocado. Then you can either spread mayo on bread or mix into mashed avocado. Salt and pepper tomato and avocado and put desired amount on bread.
