Tomato and Arugula Raw Sauce

This is a delicious fresh sauce from Rachael Ray. The only change I've made is the addition of red pepper flakes. It's wonderful served over grilled chicken breast, grilled halibut fillet or linguine. Also very good with fresh asparagus.
Ingredients:
1 cup arugula leaf
1/2 cup basil leaves
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 lemon, juice of
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt & pepper
2 cups tomatoes, chopped & seeded
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
Directions:
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine chopped & seeded fresh tomatoe's with finely chopped red onion. Set aside.
2. Combine the arugual, basil, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor. Season with red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Stream in olive oil while running processor to form a pesto-like sauce.
3. Toss sauce with tomato & onion mixture.
4. Let sit while preparing chosen meat, veggie or pasta base.
