Got this off a site. Itz super yum and super easy to make. Think it's a Vietnamese dish...correct me if I'm wrong.
Ingredients:
12 large shrimps (with or without the head)
1/2 cup of corn starch
peanut/ vegetable oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 onion, sliced
1-2 jalapenos, sliced thin
1 spring onion, cut in 1” lengths
sugar to taste
salt to taste
1 tbsp ground pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok to high. Coat the shrimp with the corn starch lightly. When the oil is hot, add the shrimp and cook until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Drain most of the oil, leaving just a little and heat on high. Add the garlic. Stir fry for a minute then add the onions. Add the jalapenos and spring onions to the pan and cook for a few minutes. Add the shrimp back to the pan with the seasoning.
3. Stir everything together. Check for seasoning, add any if required.
4. Serve hot!
