Tofu Wraps

These wraps are quick and tasty. From .au.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons whole egg mayonnaise
1 teaspoon wasabi paste
400 g firm tofu, sliced
vegetable oil
4 slices flat bread, like mountain bread or 4 slices tortillas
1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced lengthways
1 cucumber, thinly sliced lengthways
1 avocado, sliced
100 g snow pea sprouts
2 tablespoons pickled ginger
Directions:
1. Preheat a barbecue or grill to high.
2. Mix mayonnaise and wasabi together.
3. Drizzle tofu with a little oil and grill to heat through.
4. Lay bread out and spread with mayonnaise.
5. Layer carrot, cucumber, tofu, avocado, sprouts and top with ginger before wrapping up the flat bread and finishing on the barbecue for one minute each side before serving.
