Ingredients:
8 ounce(s) tofu diced
4 ounce(s) snow peas
1 piece(s) small onion chopped
1 piece(s) carrots sliced
1 piece(s) pepper chopped
2 clove(s) garlic diced
1/2 cup(s) soy sauce
1 teaspoon(s) ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) mustard powder
2 ounce(s) olive oil
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic until softened. Add carrots and pepper and saute until glistening. Add snow peas, tofu, soy sauce, garlic powder, and mustard powder and saute until warm. Sever over brown rice
