smoothie drink made with fruit, oj and firm tofu very easy and yummy! frozen strawberries - not packed in syrup - works well. Since I never use up my tofu before it goes bad I freeze it in quarter cup chunks. Helps make the smoothie thick.
Ingredients:
6 oz. orange juice
1 medium banana
1 cup strawberries
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup firm tofu
Directions:
1. put all ingredients in a blender and blend.
