my very picky daughter has lost mega lbs-so far- she loved this dressing both as a vegetarian and as a fat/carb conscious soul, adapted from cooking light
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon thyme
4 ounces silken tofu
salt and pepper
2 anchovy fillets
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Directions:
1. add all ingredients to a blender, liquify, chill until ready to serve.
