This recipe came from Body Building. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
16 tablespoons protein powder (vanilla recommended)
3 ounces pudding mix (banana cream recommended)
1 cup oatmeal
12 ounces lite silken tofu (1 package)
Directions:
1. Put the tofu, the milk and the oatmeal in the food processor until smooth and creamy. You might have to scrape down the sides. Mix this in the bowl with the pudding.
2. Put it in the pan and in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 325.
