This one comes from my future mother-in-law. My fiancé begged me to get it from her. I haven't had a chance to try it yet but it looks good and he raves about it.
Ingredients:
12 ounces soft tofu
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon shoyu
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 dash cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 dash black pepper
1 dash onion powder
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
parsley
1 dill pickles, minced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 teaspoon dill weed, minced
chopped green onions or scallions or 1 small minced onion
Directions:
1. Drain tofu for one hour to get water out.
2. Mash and mix in all ingredients.
