Tofu Nuggets

Lighly seasoned tofu. Yummy on it's own or could also be great in a stir-fry etc. I expect it should freeze well to have on hand. Compare calories on your pack of tofu as it may be a little higher.
Ingredients:
350 grams firm tofu (1 pack)
1 tsp canola oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
3 tbs soya sauce
2 tbs rice wine vinegar
Directions:
1. Place tofu on 2 or 3 folded up sheets of paper towel. Put another on top. Place a semi-heavy object on top and let stand 5 minutes or so.
2. Heat two oils in pan over med-high heat.
3. Slice tofu into pieces approx 1/4 thick, and add to pan in a single layer. Brown on both sides.
4. Sprinkle tofu with sesame seeds if you wish.
5. Add soya sauce and vinegar to a med-large bowl. Add hot tofu and gentley toss. Cont. to toss every so often for the next 10 minutes or so to help distribute evenly.
6. Eat, or chill. (may be served chilled).
