This is great if you want to make a dairy-free lasagna. Firmness of tofu will determine texture of ricotta .
Ingredients:
1 lb tofu
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients well.
2. Use in lasagna recipe in place of ricotta.
