A tofu blend that is like an egg salad, stuffing can work on bread or in a wrap. Serving size in 1/2 cup.
Ingredients:
9 oz. firm tofu
1 cup celery
1 cup onions
2 oz. sweet pickles
3 tsp. mustard
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 1/4 oz. black olives
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. crumble tofu
2. chop celery
3. chop onion
4. dice sweet pickles
5. add can of olives drained
6. add mustard
7. light mayonnaise
8. i like adding 1/4 teaspoon herbs de provence
9. add pepper and mix
