Ingredients:
1/2 cup green onion, cut up
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, loosely packed
1/2 lb tofu
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Chop green onion and parsley in a food processor or blender.
2. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.
