Tofu Gravy And Its Simple Alteration

This is a wholesome vegetable dish and very very easy to make . It tastes nice too . If you wann simpler dan dis , may try the alteration method below . Adjust the chilli according to your taste .
Ingredients:
beansprout 1 handful
chop finely the below 7
4 small beancurd
2 small capsicum
1 large tomato
1 medium onion
1 green chilli
1 inch ginger
2 garlic
broke into pieces
1 dry red chilli
1 bayleaf
1 inch cinnamon
powders
corriander powder 3 tsp
chilli powder 2 tsp
masala powder 1 tsp
5 spices
water ( to avoid drying sprinkle some from time to time )
Directions:
1. Fry the broken stuffs for few mins .
2. Add the 5 Spices , onion , ginger , garlic and beansprout and fry or 5 mins .
3. Add the tomato , salt and the powders .
4. Fry another 10 mins .
5. Add salt .
6. Add the capsicum and fry 5 mins .
7. Add the tofu and cook 5 mins .
8. Serve hot with rice and some mutton curry : 0 )
