Ingredients:
2 t olive oil
16 ounces tofu, firm
1 cup tomato sauce
1 t cumin, ground
1 t curry powder
2 t fresh ginger, minced
1 t sea salt
Directions:
1. heat oil
2. add tofu, stir well, saute till light brown
3. add sauce and dry spices; stir well
4. add ginger, stir well
5. Bring to a simmer
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
