Tofu and Apple Pita

This is great for a light lunch or dinner. Mix up the spices and/or cream cheese for a new taste.
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat pita bread
1 cup firm tofu
1/2 apple
1 tablespoon light cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Cut apple into thin slices. Cut tofu into small cubes and saute both with garlic powder.
2. Spread cream cheese onto pita and add apple and tofu.
