Smoothies are always a delicios and fun breakfast!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (or a mix of berries)
1/2 banana
3 ounces silken tofu
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon wheat bran
1 large oranges, juice of or 1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon agave nectar or 1 teaspoon maple syrup or 1 teaspoon honey
1 cup ice
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy.
