Toffee Cashew Cheesecake

A different combination of sweet and nutty flavors.
Ingredients:
use vanilla crust - see crust page
2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
5 large eggs
1 ounce toffee extract(bickford flavors)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup cashews, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 500^.
2. Blend cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Add toffee extract and cream, mixing thoroughly.
5. Fold in chopped cashews, evenly.
6. Pour into prepared pan.
7. Bake at 500^ for 15 minutes.
8. Reduce temp. to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour.
9. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
