1. Need candy thermometer. 2. Thoroughly butter 9x14 pan 3. Add all ingredients into saucepan on stove 4. Mix thoroughly 5. Bring to Hard Crack (300 degrees on candy thermometer) 6. Fill glass with very hot water - Insert candy thermometer 7. Pour toffee into 9x14 pan 8. While warm spread mini chocolate chips over toffee 9. Sprinkly chopped pecans over top
