Toasted Walnut Bread

A nice hearty loaf. Great served warm.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
Directions:
1. Combine flours, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2. Combine egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Stir into dry mixture just until moistened. Fold in nuts.
3. Transfer to an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan coated with nonstick spray.
4. Bake at 350 degrees 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
