Toasted Turkey and Swiss Sandwich

This is a great-tasting, filling sandwich. It is a quick and satisfying lunch. A healthier version of a grilled turkey and cheese sandwich (with more veggies and no butter!)
Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 oz cheese, swiss, two slices
1 1/2 oz turkey, sliced, two slices
1/4 cup sliced button mushrooms
1/8 cup sliced onion
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. On a sheet of foil, place two slices of whole wheat bread side by side.
3. On one slice place the two slices of turkey and one slice of the swiss cheese.
4. On the other slice of bread place the onions, mushrooms, and the other slice of cheese.
5. Bake for about 5 minutes (or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted).
