Toasted Sunflower Seeds

A great little snack for everyone.
Ingredients:
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon oil, if desired
1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mix sunflower seeds with oil only if salt is used.
3. Spread plain or oiled seeds on baking sheet.
4. Bake about 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
5. (Watch carefully, these seeds brown quickly.) Sprinkle oiled seeds with salt while hot.
