A toasted sandwhich with a difference. Good for book club or just a nice snack when you want to eat something different. A touch of chilli is good. Taken from BBC Goodfood
Ingredients:
2 slices bread
1 slice camembert cheese
2 teaspoons cranberry jam
1 dash balsamic vinegar
1 pinch chili powder (optional)
Directions:
1. This toasted sandwhich can be 'made' in a non stick frying pan or in a snackwicher.
2. Heat your snackwicher. Place a slice of white bread on the bottom of the snackwicher. In the centre of the bread put a good wedge of camembert cheese and top with cranberry jam and a dash of balsamic vinegar. Top with the second slice and cook until golden brown. It is divine - enjoy!
