Toasted Pecan and Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) chopped pecans
1 cup(s) light mayonaise
1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
11/2 pound(s) fresh broccoli florets, chopped
1/4 cup(s) chopped red onion
1/3 cup(s) sweetened dried cranberries or raisins
4 slice(s) cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions:
1. Place chopped Pecans in single layer in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 6 TO 8 minutes or until lightly toasted. Stir ocassionally.
2. Stir together Mayonaise, sugar and vinegar in large Bowl; Add Broccoli, onion and cranberries, gently tossing to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours.
3. Sprinkle with Bacon and Pecans just before Serving..
