Ingredients:
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup chopped garlic
Directions:
1. In a 6- to 8-inch frying pan over medium-low heat, combine 1/2 cup salad oil and 1/4 cup chopped garlic. Stir occasionally until garlic is a light golden color, 5 to 6 minutes, taking care not to scorch garlic. Serve, or cover airtight and store at room temperature up to 1 week.
