Ingredients:
6 skinned and boned chicken breasts
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
3 tablespoon(s) butter divided
1 1/2 cup(s) whipping cream
2 tablespoon(s) orange marmalade
1 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon(s) ground red pepper
2 1/4 package(s) sliced almonds toasted
Directions:
1. Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets fo heavy-duty plastic wrap, and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
2. Melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and cook minutes on each side or until golden. Remove chicken from skillet. Repeat procedure with remaining butter and chicken.
3. Reduce heat to medium; add whipping cream and next 3 ingredients to skillet, stirring well. Add chicken; sprinkle with almonds, and cook 8 minutes or until sauce thickens
