Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
1/4 cup lima beans
1/4 cup corn
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup green beans
15 ounces potatoes, diced
4 cups chicken broth, low fat
1 1/2 cups egg noodles, whole wheat
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. cook chicken til shredable, drain from water and shred, add broth and all other ingredients in to pot ans cook til noodles and veggies are soft
