Ingredients:
1 cup(s) cooled espresso
4 egg whites
3 tablespoon(s) frangelico
40 lady fingers (pavesini or savoiardi)
16 ounce(s) mascapone cheese
pinch(s) salt
1/2 cup(s) sugar
top with grated bittersweet chocolate
Directions:
1. ) Combine the yolks with the sugar and mix till fluffy.
2. ) Gently incorporate the mascapone cheese then fold in the egg whites previously whipped with a pinch of salt.
3. ) Moisten the cookies with a mixture of espresso and Frangelico.
4. ) Prepare the dessert in a tray by forming layers.
5. ) Top with grated chocolate or cocoa powder.
6. ) Keep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve cold.
