Tilapia with Olive Oil Garlic Spread

Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs, panko or regular
3 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
4 tablespoon(s) giant eagle olive oil garlic spread
1 lemon, cut into half-moon slices
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
4 tilapia fillets
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 400F. In a small saucepan, melt olive oil garlic spread with fresh parsley, salt and pepper. Once melted, remove from heat.
2. In a large, shallow baking dish, evenly spread or brush a small amount of the olive oil mixture to prevent sticking. Arrange tilapia fillets in baking dish and spread the remaining olive oil mixture evenly over them. Sprinkle fillets with bread crumbs and arrange lemon slices atop.
3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until reaching an internal temperature of 145F and fish flakes easily with a fork.
