Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets
8 corn tortillas
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 medium tomato, chopped
Directions:
1. Prepare salsa by mixing all ingredients together.
2. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
4. Drizzle tilapia with oil and Bake tilapia on a foil-lined pan until opaque, about 10 to 12 minutes.
5. Cut tilapia into bite-size pieces and fill tortillas.
6. Top with salsa and lettuce.
