Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
  2. Grease and line a tin measuring 18* 28 cm.
  3. Melt butter and the golden syrup in a saucepan.
  4. Stir in sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
  5. Now add the rolled oats, pitted chopped dates and mashed bananas.
  6. Mix and spoon into the tin.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes.
  9. Then cut into 14 bars.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Store in an airtight container and serve when needed.
