Three-Seed Bread

I use canola oil instead of sunflower seed oil, and white whole wheat flour. I sometimes use the Dough cycle and bake the loaf in a 13 pullman pan (purchased ) at 375 for 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups water
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 cups bread flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon gluten
1 teaspoon gluten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
2 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except the seeds in the machine as directed by the manufacturer. Set crust on medium and program for Basic or Whole Wheat cycle. When the machine beeps to add ingredients, add all the seeds.
