Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
1 cup uncooked basmati rice
1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
1/2 cup uncooked millet
3 cups vegetable broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 minutes.
2. Add rice, quinoa, and millet; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in broth and salt.
3. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
