Three Grain Apple Muffins

Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick
1/3 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
2 cups apples, chopped
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine Bisquick, cornmeal, flour, oatmeal, sugar and cinnamon.
2. In a separate bowl, mix milk, oil and egg.
3. Add to dry mixture.
4. Add apples and raisins; stir just until blended.
5. Pour into muffin pans.
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
