A very nutritious low-calorie veggie enjoyable salad!
Ingredients:
2 cups rajma, soaked overnight and boiled
1 cup macaroni, boiled
1/2 cup green capsicum, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup spring onion
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
2 teaspoons salt
black pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Toss all in a bowl and serve!
