Three Cheese Stuffed Shells Italiano

Not very many ingredients to make such a tasty dish. You can make this into 4 separate servings in small casserole dishes, but cut the cooking time down to about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
16 jumbo pasta shells
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can italian tomato sauce (preseasoned)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a large saucepan, cook shells according to package directions; drain.
3. In medium bowl, combine 3 cheeses, eggs and parsley.
4. Fill each shell with cheese mixture. Spread tomato sauce in 2 qt (2 L) shallow rectangular casserole; arrange filled shells on top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
