Directions:

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. Spread half of the bean mixture in bottom of 8 inch baking dish.
  3. Top with 1/2 of the cheese.
  4. Repeat ending with cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with chips.
