Three Cheese And Bacon Spread

Great spread for a low carb choice..great on cracker or apple.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup shredded reduced fat-free chadder cheese
4 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fat-free milk
1/8 tsp. paprika
dash pepper
2 tbsp real bacon bits
1/4 c raisins
2 medium green onion thinly sliced
16 cracker, any cracker unsalted or red apples cut into 16 sliced
Directions:
1. In small bowl, beated chedder cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, milk, paprika and pepper with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
2. Stir in bacon bits, rainins and green onion until well blended
3. Serve spread with cracker or apple.
