Ingredients:
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
6 cups shredded cabbage (red and green)
2 cups shredded napa cabbage
4 carrots, shredded
2 scallions, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sour cream, honey, mustard, oil and salt.
2. Add the vegetables, tossing to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
