You gotta love cold beans but makes a great salad side with meals or sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 can cut green beans
1 can cut wax beans
1 can cut red kidney beans
(use 1/2 liquid of beans)
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup celery cut small
sauce
2/3 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup salad oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all the beans with liquid into bowl.
2. Add green peppers, onions and celery and mix.
3. Mix the vinegar, sugar and oil and seasonings together.
4. Pour over bean mixture and toss lightly.
5. Refrig overnite or a few hours to chill to get the good flavor.
6. Drain most of the liquid before serving.
