This dressing is good for salads.....or on that genuine, imitation big mac you're craving! Also good as a dip.
Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup catsup
2 hard-boiled eggs, minced
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
2 tablespoons relish
1 teaspoon paprika
1 dash salt
Directions:
1. Mix the above ingredients.
2. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours before using.
